Our Web Design Process: What Happens After You Reach Out to Us

We believe in transparency. One of the biggest concerns clients have when hiring a web design agency is not knowing what happens after they sign up — how long things take, who does what, and how involved they need to be. So here’s exactly how we work at Digital Websphere, step by step.

Step 1: The Discovery Call (Day 1–3)

After you reach out to us, we schedule a free discovery call. This isn’t a sales pitch — it’s a conversation to understand your business, your goals, and whether we’re the right fit for each other.

We’ll ask about your target audience, your current online presence, what’s working and what isn’t, and what you want your website to achieve. By the end of the call, we’ll have a clear picture of your project scope and can give you a timeline and quote.

Step 2: Proposal and Agreement (Day 3–7)

We send you a clear, detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work, the timeline, the investment, and what’s included. No hidden fees. No vague deliverables. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting before you agree to anything.

Once you’re happy with the proposal, we sign a simple agreement and collect a deposit to begin work.

Step 3: Discovery and Brand Deep-Dive (Week 1–2)

Before we design a single pixel, we spend time understanding your brand. We’ll send you a brand questionnaire and review any existing materials — logos, color palettes, past marketing content.

If you don’t have a clear brand identity yet, this is also the stage where we can help you develop one. A website built on a shaky brand foundation won’t perform as well as one where the identity is clear and consistent.

Step 4: Design, Development, and Review (Week 2–6)

This is the main build phase. We design your site, develop it on a secure staging environment, load your content, and optimize for speed and mobile. You’ll review progress at two key points: after the initial design is ready, and again when the full build is complete on staging.

We use a simple feedback system — no need for technical knowledge. You just tell us what you love and what needs adjusting.

Step 5: Launch and Handover (Week 6–8)

Once you’ve approved the final build, we handle the technical launch — connecting your domain, setting up redirects, and submitting to Google. We also provide you with a simple training walkthrough so you can update content yourself when needed, and we set you up with Google Analytics so you can track results from day one.

We don’t disappear after launch. We’re available for questions and ongoing support.

💡 That’s our process — simple, transparent, and built around your business. Ready to start? Reach out and let’s schedule your discovery call.
